Runic Bag of Holding. The Runic Bag of Holding is a 36-slot bag that can be placed in one of a character's bag slots. It is bought from the Zen Market and then can be freely traded, auctioned, and mailed. Bound versions of the bag are available during the Neverember's Recruitment event. So the new Fashion Bag is just 24 free inventory slots if you have lots of fashion items. If you have LOTS of fashion items, you have the option to buy fashion slots at 12 slots for 250 Zen (I think that's the price, don't quote me on it!) which is cheaper than normal inventory slots and bank slots but restricted to only storing fashion items. You should have 3 bags by the time you are done with Neverdeath. Bank slots are what they are, but if you have multiple toons you can move stuff through their shared/personal bank slots. If you are really hurting you can mail stuff to yourself from Protectors Enclave, but I think you again have to have at least 2 toons (not 100% sure).

If we assume the current PS4 ZAX rate of 318 AD/Zen, a 36 slot bag is 1300 on the Zen market and gives 36 slots. The 4th guild bank slot is 600k AD. If you take the 1300 times the current exchange rate, that gives 413k and change. The ratio of bag cost/guild bank cost is about 69%. The ratio of storage space is 36/48, which is 75%.
