EDIT: It seems that I may have solved the problem! I removed ram in slot 1 & 3, and moved ram 1 to slot 3, and I got her to power up and not shut back off. I restarted and connected my DVI to the GPU and I was able to see the set-up screen and push it through to windows. Thanks a bunch everyone!.
